Congratulations to our first Member of the Month of 2020 - Kulbir Kandola!

'Before training with George, I was overweight and finding day to day tasks very difficult. Since beginning my sessions with George I have lost 3 and a half stone. Daily tasks such as going up and down stairs have been so much easier and I now have little to no pain in my knees. I also have a new found confidence to wear clothes I never thought I would be able to wear again. To be honest the sessions have been so much fun I now have the bug for lifting weights and will forever continue to live this lifestyle.'
