Group Exercise is a fantastic motivator and a great way to keep fit, mix up your workout, and make like-minded friends at the Club. As a member, you have free access and priority booking to our huge timetable of studio classes; aerobic, holistic and spin in our air-conditioned and spacious studios.
Aerobic exercise helps burn calories and conditions the heart and lungs by increasing the oxygen available to the body. With a range of group studio classes available including Step, Body Pump, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Stretch classes, our large timetable of aerobic classes are taught by professional instructors and suited to all levels of fitness and co-ordination.
Holistic group exercise classes such as Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates are the perfect way to destress and relax. Using stretching, breathing, meditation and relaxation to condition the mind and body, group Holistic studio classes help improve flexibility, tone and suppleness of the body.
Spin is a fantastic studio class for both fun and high calorie burning. Choreographed to motivating music, a studio spin class is low impact, and tones quadriceps and outer thigh muscles. Our group spin studio is kitted out with state-of-the-art and specially designed stationary bicycles, which allow you to control your own pace.
