The passive stretch requires the help of a gym buddy. Its benefits include relaxing the thick muscles of the chest, which can be massively affected by hunching over at a desk, or by working out in the gym. This stretch can also improve your posture.
Standing in an upright posture, let your partner assume a position behind you. Push your arms behind you so that your partner grabs your forearms, pulling them together and raising them up at first and then away from your body until you sense the stretch. Your partner should hold your arms in the stretch, making sure you don’t curve your shoulders or lean forward.
