Exercise Classes

Aqua classes provide a great mix of traditional gym workouts whilst using the benefits of water. The water gives you additional support for your body, reducing stress and pressure on your joints and muscles whilst creating resistance to build strength as you push and pull the aqua dumbbells, kickboards and hydro discs through the water.
