Our team of exceptional and passionate hands-on instructors will deliver the most effective workout by correcting your form and posture to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your workout. The workout is taught in a structured way to enable you to focus on your own performance. Our Beginner sessions are suitable for all abilities – perfect for those new to fitness classes or just starting out on their Pilates journey.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Using a specialized machine known as ‘The Reformer,’ reformer Pilates provides resistance and support as you move through a series of controlled movements that work your core, arms, legs, and back.

How to Book

  1. Purchase Sessions by clicking buttons above, non-members will need to sign up first
  2. Log in to the Portal with your membership number & PIN (if you’ve forgotten your login details, contact a member of our team who will be happy to help)
  3. Click on ‘Reformer Pilates’
  4. View the class timetable to find a class and purchase classes
  5. APP Booking coming very soon

Reformer Pilates Sessions Terms and Conditions: 1) Sessions purchased will expire three months after the purchase date. No refunds are available once purchased. 2) Sessions must be booked in advance on The Club Company App. 3) Classes start on time to schedule; you must arrive on time otherwise you will not be able to attend. 4) There is a 48-hour period in which you may cancel a session. After this time you will be unable to cancel and no refund is available. 5) Sessions will be available to book up to six weeks in advance. 6) Grip/Pilates socks must be worn for each session. These can be purchased from the Club reception.

Our Beginners’ sessions are perfect for those just starting out, while Intermediate classes cater to those with more experience.

Is Reformer Pilates included in my membership?

Reformer Pilates sessions are not included in your membership and must be purchased separately, however if you are a member with us you’ll benefit from a significant discount.
